Client Affiliate Program
Current Catalyst VS' clients who refer new customers will receive a one-time 5% up to 10% commission on every successful subscription. If the referral does not continue to use Catalyst VS' services after payment, the referrer's commission is null and void, and no discount is applied.
A qualified referral occurs when a current Catalyst VS client is able to promote and persuade his or her referral to sign up for Catalyst VS' monthly services through any means of communication such as emails, phone calls, word of mouth, and so on.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The referrer must be a current client of Catalyst VS. The referrer must endorse the lead via email, info@thecatalystvs.com

Jordan has a bookkeeping business and is possibly interested in outsourcing some of the work.

2. Their referral must be a new client to qualify for the Client Referral Program.
3. The referral’s name will serve as a referral code when the referral applies for the Client Referral Program.
4. The referrer will be able to get 5-10% commission, which will be automatically received and will take effect after a month of successful payment, should his or her referral choose to continue with Catalyst VS’ services subscription.
5. To monitor individuals eligible for the Client Referral Program, we will record the following information on our end: the name of the referred new client, the name of the current client who made the referral, the date of the referral, and the date of notice of the accepted referral by the new client.
6. The Client Referral Program will take effect on January 1, 2022.
7. The Catalyst VS reserves the right in its sole discretion to alter, amend, modify, change, or discontinue any of the Customer Referral Program terms described above without prior notice.
8. By participating in the Client Referral Program, you agree to and are bound by its Terms and Conditions in its entirety.
9. Any breach of the terms and conditions would give rise to claims for indemnity should it result to any loss, damage, or injury to any party of the agreement.
